gap healthcare are looking for Support Workers to help support individuals with challenging behaviours and learning disabilities in Southend-on-Sea. If you are passionate about supporting individuals with learning disabilities and promoting their independence, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours.
• Assist with personal care, daily tasks, and activities.
• Help manage challenging behaviours using positive support techniques.
• Encourage independence and community involvement.
• Work as part of a team and liaise with family and professionals.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience within a supported living environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
