About the role of Contracts Manager

As a Contracts Manager, you'll be a key element in the project execution to completion in the social housing industry, ensuring they're delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities for Contracts Manager

• Oversee the management and delivery on various contracts, specifically Social Housing Refurbishment and Planned Works.
• Carry out site inspections, interprety construction drawings and designs.
• Cover From Sheffield to Loughborough and manage the teams/sites.

Requirements for Contracts Manager

• Previous experience in a Contracts Management role (ideally Social Housing)
• NVQ 6 Qualification
• CSCS Card
• UK Driving Licence
