Key Responsibilities:

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems at commercial properties.
• Maintain lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency lighting systems.
• Use the CMMS to document work activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults quickly and effectively.
• Communicate with clients and provide top-tier customer service throughout projects.

Requirements:

• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations.
• 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
• Proven experience in the Facilities Management or Building Services sector.
• Full UK driving license.
