Deputy Warehouse Manager

We are working with a leading supplier of aluminium extrusion used within the construction and home improvement industry who are looking to recruit a Deputy Warehouse Manager. The successful candidate will, in conjunction with the Warehouse Manager and Managing Director, ensure they have efficient working practices, in line with global standards. Responsibilities include supervising and managing a small team and ensuring set metrics are achieved (OTIF, Stock Turns and Transport costs).

Skills required.

• SAP Implementation / WMS experience
• People Management
• Data Analysis
• Planning skills
• H&S and best practice experience
• Setting and working to processes

Education / Qualification

• Good GCSE's, including Math's and English
• License to drive FLT and Combi lifts
• IOSH Managing Safely preferred, not essential
• Understanding of risk assessments and current legislation
