School Business Manager

We seek a highly efficient and passionate individual to join our warm and friendly school community where everybody is valued.  As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a key role in the smooth operation of our school office and wider school.  You will also be able to contribute to the strategic development of our forward-looking school, improving the opportunities for our caring and friendly pupils.

Ideally, you will be a highly motivated professional with a background in business and financial management.  You will have excellent leadership skills, together with the ability to inspire and manage a team and have a proven track record in resource management.  Experience of working in a school office is desirable, but not essential.

This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for an individual who is passionate about supporting children and their education through effective management of the school’s resources.

You will have:

  • strong leadership and management skills
  • excellent organisational and communication abilities
  • proven experience in financial management and budgeting
  • the ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents and the wider community

Hours: 32.5 per week, Monday to Friday (40 weeks per year plus 5 additional days).
