Location: Chatteris, Cambridgeshire

Hours: 7am 7pm 4 days on 4 days off

Hourly Rate / Salary: GBP34,348

Job Duties:

• Leading a small team of line leaders on a daily basis
• Monitoring and driving performance to meet set targets
• Ensuring that standards are constantly met to customers requirements
• Preparing and delivering the production plan
• Efficient management of any non-conforming production
• Ensuring that they hygiene and cleaning of the site is maintained
• Ensuring that the site remains audit ready for inspection at any time
• Responsible for health and safety across the site
• Promoting good food culture and food safety across the site

What we are looking for:

• Experienced supervisor within FMCG / Food Environment
• Food Safety Level 2
• COSHH Level 2
• Excellent communication skills
• Self motivated and able to motivate others
