Key Account Manager Opportunity in Fire and Security Integration

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager with a proven track record in the fire and security industry, ready to join a leading integrator that designs, installs, maintains, and monitors electronic life safety and security systems. This role offers a hybrid working model based in the Midlands and includes a competitive salary range of 40,000 - 50,000 per annum. Reporting directly to the Group Sales Director, this role demands high self-motivation and superior organisational skills to develop and manage sales pipelines contributing significantly to our group sales targets.



Core Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Analysis: Research market trends and analyze customer needs and competitive landscape.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Generate leads and conduct meetings with potential clients.
  • Product & Service Development: Provide feedback for product improvement based on client insights.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track KPIs and prepare detailed reports on business development activities for senior management.
  • Customer Satisfaction & Retention: Ensure exceptional service delivery to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Design & Quotations: Conduct site surveys, design systems, and manage proposal submissions.


Required Skills:

  • Demonstrable expertise in relationship management with a focus on service and project selling within the fire and security sector.
  • Strong capability in developing both new and existing client relationships to achieve annual sales targets exceeding 500,000.
  • A commitment to integrity, dedication, and aligning with the business's values for an unrivalled customer experience.
