With a strong focus on innovation, safety, and sustainability, this company delivers high-quality street lighting projects across the region. As they continue to expand, they are seeking an experienced professional with a background in street lighting to join their dynamic team and manage key projects to successful completion. Key Responsibilities: As a Street Light Project Manager, you will be responsible for: * Leading and managing project teams in the delivery of street lighting installation and maintenance projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion. * Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans for street lighting projects, including timelines, resource allocations, and budget management. * Conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies specific to street lighting and associated works, including road closures and traffic management. * Administering contracts effectively, managing variations, and addressing claims to optimize project outcomes. * Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders, including local authorities and regulatory bodies. * Monitoring and reporting on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management. * Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, particularly in relation to street works and lighting installation. Requirements: * Proven experience in project management, specifically with street lighting projects. * Strong knowledge of street lighting systems, installation processes, and relevant street works regulations. * Demonstrable experience in managing projects from inception through to completion, with the ability to deliver within deadlines and budgets. * Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. * A full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK.
