Resident Liaison Officer - * Salary up to £33k + package + 8% pension * Retrofit scheme * Driving licence / Own car is essential! The Role: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Resident Liaison Officer for one of the UK's Leading Property Services supporting the Retrofit work for the L&Q Contract on street properties. Key Responsibilities: * Act as the main liaison between residents, contractors, and the project team. * Communicate clearly with residents about planned FRA works, access requirements, and timelines. * Address and resolve resident queries, concerns, and complaints efficiently. * Ensure residents, including vulnerable individuals, receive the necessary support during the works. * Carry out pre-condition surveys and assist with resident engagement strategies. * Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, concerns, and resolutions. * Work closely with site and management teams to coordinate access and programme updates. * Ensure all resident engagement aligns with health and safety protocols and company policies. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or similar role in the construction/property services industry. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. * Familiarity with property maintenance, construction processes, and relevant regulations. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
