The Client
Our client are a leader in their field. Currently looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator with a strength in business development, and a strong depth of experience within Weddings and/ or the local Events Sector.

You will be required to Travel to visit some potential/ current clients as required within your role and report directly to the owner of the business.

Responsibilities:

As Events Sales Coordinator you will

1. Support in end to end concept from initial enquiry to completion of creative events
2. Look at evolving systems and procedures to insure all planning and sales of events run efficiently
3. Event quotations
4. Support of business marketing through social media platform
5. Liaising and planning with staff, suppliers and clients
6. Support the team in event costings and budgeting

Requirements

As Event/ Sales Coordinator you should ideally have:

1. Good knowledge of event planning, detailed planning and logistics
2. Must be organised with a very good attention to detail
3. Be proactive in their approach to selling and buildoing on an already very successful business
4. Full UK driving licence
5. Experience in Microsoft office and confident with the use of IT
6. To have some knowledge of business social media platforms Instagram, Facebook and linked-in
