Job Title: SAP Solution Architect (FICO)

Location: Wimbledon - remote with occasional travel

Contract duration: 3 months initial contract + further extensions

Role Overview:

We are looking for a SAP Solution Architect with expertise in SAP FICO and SAP PS, specializing in transitions to S/4HANA. In this hands-on technical leadership role, you will lead the design and implementation of SAP solutions for both greenfield and brownfield projects. You will collaborate with clients to ensure quality, guide architectural decisions, and manage large, complex programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP FICO and SAP PS architecture for end-to-end implementations and project go-lives.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices, configuration, and system capabilities.
• Design scalable, high-performance SAP solutions for ECC6 and S/4HANA transformations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technical architecture with strategic goals.
• Manage data migration, integration, and system landscape design.
• Create functional specifications, support solution testing, and provide go-live support.
• Lead customer workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and blueprint documentation.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience in SAP FICO, SAP PS, and S/4HANA transformations.
• Knowledge of SAP EPPM is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing complex programs in high-pressure environments.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and develop colleagues.
• Experience with SAP system architecture, data migration, and integration.
