Electronics Engineer

We are currently recruiting for a Electronics Engineer for a busy and expanding manufacturing business based in Nottingham.

As part of this role you will be responsible for:

Designing and supporting the manufacture of electronics that are integral to the function and performance of its products including printed circuit board design, firmware development and validation; integration with controllers, instrumentation, drives, etc
Produce and maintain technical documentation, updates to drawings, bill of materials, manufacturing drawings, PCB manufacturing files etc.
Provide technical support for on-site manufacturing and test to quickly resolve issues and keep production on track to meet customer delivery dates

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

Degree in Electronics or Electrical and Electronic Engineering
Experience in Analogue and Digital electronic design
Schematic Capture and PCB Design
Understanding PCB assembly and manufacturing processes
Ability to build, test & debug prototypes
Experience with PIC microcontrollers & Soc devices
Knowledge and experience of C programming

The salary on offer is approx GBP35,000 - GBP45,000 plus annual bonus, generous annual leave entitlement, private pension, free parking and many more benefits.
