Starting Point Recruitment are looking for two Care Assistants to join our client's friendly and professional team. A vibrant community supporting older people to live independently in their own homes.

About the Role As a Care Assistant, you will:

Deliver high-quality personal care and support, including medication administration
Foster independence and promote well-being in a respectful and dignified way
Work as part of a team to meet the CQC essential standards
Support community engagement and social activities in our welcoming communal areas

What We re Looking For
Experience working with or caring for older people
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Good written and verbal communication skills
Flexibility to work weekends and Bank Holidays
Willingness to complete mandatory training and qualifications

Enhanced DBS & Adults Barred List check required.
