Preferred Requirements:

Proven experience as a teacher of drama, with a strong understanding of the subject matter
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage students of diverse backgrounds
Ability to plan and deliver engaging, interactive lessons that foster creativity and critical thinking
Proficiency in incorporating dance and other performing arts elements into your teaching
A collaborative mindset to work closely with colleagues and contribute to the school's drama program

Preferred Qualifications:

Possession of a PGCE, QTS, or QTLS qualification
Experience as an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or Head of Department (HOD) in drama
Demonstrated expertise in teaching both drama and dance subjects
