Role & Responsibilities:

• Support KS3 and KS4 students covering all subjects.
• Help students stay engaged with tasks and ensure work is completed to a high standard.
• Prepare classroom resources and ensure the classroom is well-organized and welcoming.
• Be a key part of the class teacher's team by providing encouragement, support, and de-escalation when needed.

Who We're Looking For:

• A passionate individual who wants to help every child reach their full potential.
• Someone who is reliable, flexible, and creative.
• Previous experience in an educational setting, particularly working with children with SEND (preferred but not essential).
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards supporting children's learning and development.
