KS1 Teacher - Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum
Monitor and assess pupil progress to ensure high educational outcomes
Take on subject leadership responsibilities, such as Phonics or Early Literacy
Provide constructive feedback to pupils to support their learning and development
Foster an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning strategies
Support pupils with additional learning needs and create tailored learning goals
Uphold the highest safeguarding standards at all times

KS1 Teacher - Person Specification

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
Experience teaching in a UK primary school
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
Passionate about child development and high-quality education
Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
Ability to connect with a diverse school community - knowledge of a second language is an advantage
