iO Associates is looking for Project Accountant to work with a global technology and defence company specializing in aerospace, communication, and electronic systems. It provides advanced solutions for government and commercial customers, focusing on mission-critical applications in defence, space, and cybersecurity. The company offers expertise in secure communications, surveillance, avionics, and automation, supporting industries such as national security, intelligence, and public safety.

You bring proven knowledge and experience in:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Finance Business Partner (FBP) or Project Accountant - must include Project Accounting experience if an FBP
• Qualified or Part-Qualified accountant
• Background in Defence or Aviation industry
• Experience in bids and investment analysis, including support for bid construction

Responsibilities for Mechanical Engineer:

• Maintain and update project performance analyses to enhance the Project Management community's understanding of project financials.
• Ensure a consistent methodology for contingency, risk assessment, and milestone alignment across all programs.
• Support bids by preparing financial analysis and applying financial expertise.
• Assist with external and internal audits, covering project overviews, financial reports, and reconciliations.
