HGV Class 2 Ready-mix Concrete Driver Join the leading supplier of site-mix and ready-mixed concrete in the Eastern Region! As an HGV Class 2 Readymix Concrete Driver, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our concrete reaches a variety of sites and customers. This full-time role offers 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with the opportunity for overtime at an hourly rate of £17.79. Desired Skills & Experience: * Hold a full HGV Licence with Driver Qualification Card and Driver CPC * Knowledge of Suffolk roads would be beneficial * You will need to be enthusiastic, reliable and customer focussed * Excellent time and communication skills are essential * Ability to build and retain positive internal and external relationships * Flexible in your approach and willing to learn all aspects of the business to carry out various duties Main Duties & Responsibilities: * Ensure the safe and efficient delivery of ready-mix concrete to various locations. * Complete daily vehicle checks and keep your truck in top condition. * Work in accordance with safe practices and legislation with regards to Driver Hours and the Working Time Directive. * Complete required paperwork with good attention to detail. * Assist the Plant Supervisor as required.
