Location: Rotherham

Hours: 37.5 - 40 per week

Job type: Permanent Full Time

Salary: GBP24,000 - GBP28,000 per annum plus GBP50 sleep in rate

We are looking for Children s Home Team Leaders for our clients Residential Children s homes based in Hatfield

Our client is a provider of residential children s services, and they specialise in providing the highest standard of care to Children and Young People. They aim to create a safe, homely environment in which the children and young people feel emotionally & physically secure, and thus facilitates the guidance & the development of their self-esteem and full potential.

As a Team Leader, you will assist the deputy and home manager in leading, motivating and supporting a team of support workers and senior support workers to meet the needs of Children and Young People.

Salary and Benefits:

GBP24,000- GBP28,000 per annum + GBP50 sleep in rate

Minimum requirements for this Children s Home Team Leader position are:

• Hold a Level 3 qualification in residential childcare
• Have two years of experience working in a Residential Children s Home
• Leadership experience in residential childcare
• Experience working with young people with challenging behaviours
• Hold a full UK Driving License
