Due to business growth, they re looking for a dynamic and driven Graduate to join their successful team. You will build lasting relationships with clients while delivering creative and impactful marketing solutions.

As a Graduate Account Manager, you will be a key part of the client services team. You will be responsible for supporting and managing client accounts, building strong relationships, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional service.
• Identifying buying signals from customers ensuring you conduct thorough fact finds during your calls.
• Monitor and report on client performance, making recommendations for improvements where necessary.
• Support in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and client reports.
• Assist in resolving any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• A proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• A strong team player who can also work independently.
• Ideally, some experience in customer service or account management (internships or placements are a plus but not essential).
• Happy to work from their beautiful city centre office.
