: UK, Remote - Travel to Ireland Offices (once per quarter)

Please note there is a 4 week onboarding period based out of their Ireland office which would be required.
What You ll Do:
Serve as the subject matter expert for HR systems, including HRIS, Time & Attendance, Engagement, and Recruitment platforms.
Deliver guidance, training, and technical support to HR teams and key business stakeholders.
Manage and enhance the functionality of the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and smooth system updates.
Support employee engagement efforts through the coordination and reporting of engagement surveys.
Contribute to the implementation and optimisation of a global applicant tracking system, using data insights to refine recruitment strategies.
Skills needed:
Proficient in Excel and Power BI
Holds an HR qualification or possesses equivalent relevant experience.
Highly analytical with a strong interest in HR systems and data-driven insights.
Skilled at turning data insights into practical, actionable recommendations for the business.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or comparable HR systems is advantageous.
