Externals Site Manager / Senior Site Manager - Residential New Build Temporary Contract / Temp to Perm £280-£330 CIS Greenwich, London Company Our client is a leading residential developer that operate all around London with a number of landmark developments. They have recently gone through a very well calculated expansion plan and have increased their output over the past year. Job Description You will be working as the Externals Site / Senior Site Manager on a large section of the project. Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager. You will be in charge of Temp Works, 278 Works, Landscaping, Groundwork, Frame, Brickwork etc. This RC frame development will comprise of circa 800 units with various blocks ranging up to 13 storeys. You must have RESIDENTIAL contractor or developer expereince to be considered for this job doing the packages mentioned above.
