Fitout Site Manager

Role Overview: Seeking an experienced Fitout Site Manager to oversee the basement and ground floor fitout, including a swimming pool, leisure facilities, and a plant room. Responsible for quality control, subcontractor coordination, and ensuring project completion on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage fitout works to high-quality standards. * Coordinate subcontractors and ensure smooth workflow. * Enforce health & safety regulations. * Monitor project schedule and address delays. * Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers. * Provide regular site progress reports. Requirements: * Experience: Minimum 5 years in high-end commercial fitouts. * Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, relevant construction management qualifications. * Skills: Leadership, attention to detail, problem-solving, strong communication. * Desirable: Experience in high-spec leisure facilities and M&E coordination
