Operations Manager

A leading body shop repair company is seeking an Operations Manager to improve and maintain the site’s production. The Operations Manager will have previous experience in a similar managerial position and have exceeded KPI targets. In addition, the Operations Manager will have excellent leadership, managerial, communication, teamwork, and relationship building skills. Applications from ex-military personnel are strongly encouraged Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of an automotive body shop site and improve the production team’s performance Develop the staff and foster a culture of motivation and professional development Monitor KPIs with the aim to improve profitability and meet business goals Manage incoming and outgoing jobs of the site, as well as working on improving the daily throughput of the site Report to senior management Attend any training required Knowledge, skills and qualifications: Essential: Proven experience working as an Operations Manager or similar, preferably in the automotive sector Exceeded KPI targets or other metrics to improve site performance and morale Strong relationship building, communication, teamwork, and leadership skills Is professional and presentable Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 DOE Benefits: Bonus and training
