The Role This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Financial Accountant to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Whether you are already working in the industry or transitioning from practice, this role will provide exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, and business partnering. Main Responsibilities Financial Reporting: Completing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including KPI analysis and variance reviews. Management Accounts: Preparing monthly management accounts and supporting commentary for senior stakeholders. Budgeting & Forecasting: Assisting with budget preparation and cost monitoring. Balance Sheet & Reconciliations: Ensuring accuracy in reconciliations and financial statements. Business Partnering: Engaging with various departments, particularly the costing team, to provide financial insight. Tax & Compliance: Handling VAT returns and supporting audit processes. Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for efficiency within the finance function. Required Part-qualified or newly studying ACCA / CIMA candidates are welcome. Open to candidates from both industry and practice backgrounds. Confident communicators who can interact with various departments. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
