Finance Business Partner

We are currently working with a leading organisation in the manufacturing sector to recruit a commercially focused Management Accountant to join their dynamic Finance Department. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role, providing financial partnering support to a subsidiary while working alongside a collaborative team of accountants. As the Commercial Management Accountant, you will play an integral role in delivering accurate financial analysis, reporting, and insights that will drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Provide timely and accurate management and financial information in line with the reporting timetable. Assist in the preparation of monthly management packs, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts. Support the preparation of statutory accounts, including year-end packs and quarterly forecasts. Perform due diligence on new external accounts. Review and assist with month-end journals, reconciliations, and cash flow updates. Produce weekly cash flow reports and key performance indicator (KPI) reports for forecasting. Provide commercial analysis to influence business decisions. Work closely with key stakeholders, attending operational meetings as the finance representative. Communicate financial results clearly to key stakeholders.  What We’re Looking For: A newly qualified accountant with experience in management accounting within a manufacturing environment. Strong Excel skills and financial reporting experience. A proactive, organised, and collaborative team player. Commercial acumen with the ability to influence business decisions.
