Project Manager

We’re excited to bring on board a skilled and dedicated Project Manager to lead a prestigious £40m Cat A refurbishment project in Central London, EC2A 2BE. This project involves the refurbishment of key areas including the reception, café, basement showers, and cycle facilities, as well as significant enhancements to lift lobbies, external spaces with new planting and seating areas, and the creation of innovative end-of-journey facilities. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of this £40m refurbishment, ensuring that it is completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. Your leadership will be key to managing both the client’s expectations and the site team to successfully deliver this complex project. Key Responsibilities: Lead the project from inception to completion, ensuring it is delivered to specification, on time, and within budget. Manage all aspects of the refurbishment works, including the reception area, café, basement showers, cycle facilities, lift lobbies, external spaces, and end-of-journey facilities. Ensure the effective coordination and communication of all project stakeholders, including clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams. Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or challenges that arise on-site. Manage health, safety, and environmental requirements in line with industry standards and regulations. Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments. Oversee quality control, ensuring that the works are completed to the highest standards of craftsmanship. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and the client. This role is being offered on a permanent basis with a competitive salary of up to £115,000 + Bonus & Package
