Warehouse Supervisor

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor Location: Haddenham, Buckinghamshire Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with 1 hour for lunch. Benefits & Perks: 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays Additional 3 days off during the Christmas shutdown Extra 5 days leave after 5 years of service 2x 15-minute breaks per day Performance-based bonus, applicable after probation Pension planResponsibilities: As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will: Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring safety and compliance Organise outgoing freight and manage inbound workflows Maintain accurate inventory and resolve discrepancies Conduct regular safety audits and enforce safety practises Lead and train warehouse staff, promoting teamwork and high standards Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimise productivityEssential: Proven experience in warehouse management or supervision Strong leadership and organisational skills Excellent knowledge of inventory control and logistics Ability to implement safety and quality standards Proficient in using warehouse management systemsHow to apply: Are you ready to take on this exciting challenge?
