Head of Product Engineering Location: Edinburgh A fast-growing technology company is looking for a Head of Product Engineering to lead the architecture and engineering teams delivering a pioneering product. What You'll Be Doing: Oversee the technical architecture, development, and deployment of a key product, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and scalability. Collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Support to align development with business and customer needs.What We're Looking For: Strong background in software engineering with expertise in at least one modern programming language Skills or knowledge in embedded systems, real-time software, and distributed architectures. Experience designing and delivering large-scale, high-performance systems with a focus on systems integration. Proven leadership in agile software development, with the ability to manage and inspire a cross-functional team. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical ideas into clear, actionable strategies.
