What You’ll Bring: * A robust understanding of basic structural behaviour complemented by excellent academic credentials in Maths and Physics. * A Degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum 2.1 classification. * Eagerness to engage in every facet of the company's operations, demonstrating rapid learning ability and a proactive attitude. * Strong independent work ethic and effective teamwork skills. * Excellent communication abilities and preliminary experience with MS Office, 2D and 3D CAD, and FEM software packages. Responsibilities: * Assist in creating code-compliant designs and formal calculations for various materials and systems. * Work alongside designers to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of engineering plans. * Learn to review and interpret technical drawings and respond to technical queries. * Participate in design team meetings and use various design tools to enhance project efficiency.
