Electrical Supervisor Location: Oxford Salary: £55,000 + Benefits Industry: MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) Contracting We are working with one of the UK's largest MEP contractors, known for delivering high-profile projects with major clients such as MACE, Structuretone, and Wates Group. They are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join their team based in Oxford. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise electrical installations on large-scale projects, ensuring work is completed to a high standard. * Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and quality regulations on-site. * Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure project milestones are met and any issues are resolved efficiently. * Coordinate and manage the day-to-day activities of electrical teams, ensuring productivity and adherence to schedules. * Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth operations. Requirements: * Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, ideally within MEP contracting. * Strong knowledge of electrical installation systems and safety regulations. * Ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and solve problems on-site. * Previous experience in commercial or industrial projects is preferred. * Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
