Office Manager


Office Based Monday – Friday 8am-5pm Duties: * Helpdesk – Answering phone calls, making bookings etc. * Social Media – Minimum of 3 posts per week * Recruitment * HR – Including appraisals, meetings etc. * Health and Safety – Including RAMS, Tools, Calibration etc. * Maintaining office stock * Completing MCS grants * Maintenance folders * Keeping all company accreditations up-to-date Must have a drivers licence due to the location of the office
