Accounts Assistant I am currently recruiting on behalf of my valued client, based in Nottingham, NG12, for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their established team. We are seeking an individual with proven experience in Credit Control, Sales/Purchase Ledger, Payroll and general Accounts/Finance Assistance. About the role: * Effective day-to-day credit control management * Chasing owed money and escalating monies owed accordingly * Processing card payments * Posting sales ledger receipts and allocations * Processing purchase invoices and supplier payments * Reconciling supplier statements * Managing invoice queries effectively * Payroll administration; setting up new starters, reviewing employee hours, data entry onto Sage Payroll * Record keeping of holidays and absences * Processing employee expenses * Monthly bank reconciliations for multiple accounts * Monthly company credit card reconciliations Hours and Pay: * Monday to Friday - office based * Salary around £28,000 About you: * Proven Credit Control experience * Proven Payroll Administration experience * Sales/Purchase Ledger experience * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to meet deadlines and targets If you feel this role is for you or would like to find out more, hit APPLY NOW for a call today
