Finance Assistant


Key Responsibilities: * Support the management of accounts, including accounts payable and receivable. * Process and set up new customer and supplier accounts in the system. * Reconcile daily transactions and payments. * Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations, including preparation for year-end accounts. * Handle office administration tasks such as mail sorting, scanning, and filing (both digital and physical). * Serve as the first point of contact for customer and supplier inquiries via phone, email, and occasionally in person. * Assist in creating marketing materials. * Maintain Health & Safety standards in line with HSE and company policies. Knowledge & Skills: * Previous experience in office administration. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Analytical problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach. * Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively. * Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
