In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive excellent, person-centred care in the comfort of their own homes. What You’ll Be Doing: Coordinate and schedule Care Assistants to provide care and support in line with customer care plans. Ensure care is delivered on time, safely, and according to customer preferences. Manage Care Assistant rotas and provide cover for sickness and holidays. Work closely with the Lead Coordinator and Registered Manager to ensure the right number of Care Assistants are recruited and available. Handle customer referrals and changes to care needs promptly and effectively. Communicate with customers, families, and health professionals to ensure seamless care delivery. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and care standards. Participate in the out-of-hours emergency on-call rota (following full training).
