Key Responsibilities: Experience of Physical setting Hospital discharge - rehab / reablement Double handed / equipment / moving and Handling Experience What We’re Looking For: * A degree in Occupational Therapy (BSW or MSW) * HCPC Registration * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * A genuine desire to help others and make a difference.
