Management Accountant Location: Shropshire Salary: Competitive Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the CompanyA leading UK provider of material handling equipment services is seeking a skilled Management Accountant to support its materials handling subsidiary. The company offers facilities management, training, and hire services and has over 100 employees across two sites. As the primary finance contact, you will manage budgets, prepare management accounts, oversee audits, and report on working capital. Partnering with business leads, you will ensure accurate financial reporting and decision-making support. This role requires regular travel between sites. Key Responsibilities: Prepare month-end/year-end accounts & management reports Oversee budget processes and audit tasks Perform balance sheet reconciliations & depot reporting Manage working capital reporting and forecasting Act as a Finance Business Partner to key stakeholders Candidate Requirements: 5+ years' finance experience Studying/Qualified CIMA (or equivalent) Strong communication & problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Business partnering experience & hands-on financial understanding Why Join Us?
