CNC/ Machining Lecturer

Location: Blackpool, FY2 Job Title: CNC/ Machining Lecturer Pay and working hours: * Per hour/Salary: £32,000 - £38,262 * Working hours: 37 * £6000 government grant if it is your first time working in FE Experience Needed: You need to hold 5+ years within the Engineering/ Machining industry, however you do not need any experience in the Education sector as full teacher training will be provided if successful. Desired Qualifications: HNC/D Level 3 Teacher Qualification (desirable) Responsibilities: * Delivering engaging practical and theoretical training sessions across apprenticeship and FE pathways. * Designing and developing innovative training materials, including online resources, ensuring effective employer engagement and skill development. * Providing high-quality assessment, feedback, and evaluation to drive continuous improvement. * Supporting curriculum development, quality assurance, and student success initiatives. * Contributing to student recruitment through interviews, open days, and industry events
