About the Role: As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and pupils in a variety of classroom settings. Whether assisting with day-to-day classroom activities or providing 1:1 or small group support, this role offers variety, challenge, and the chance to make a real difference in students’ lives. You will work alongside a dedicated and supportive team, helping to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: • Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons. • Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils, including those with SEN. • Assist with classroom management and behaviour support. • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
