Job Title: Cleaner Location: Southend on Sea Job Type: Full-time Salary: £12.30 per hour Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM Job Summary We are looking for a reliable Cleaner to maintain a high standard of cleanliness across our client site. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and able to work independently. Key Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness in all areas, including offices, kitchenettes, factory, and storerooms. Adhere to cleaning schedules and ensure all areas are tidy. Empty internal and external waste bins daily and keep the area around external bins clean. Clean gangway floors as needed and maintain the floor washing machine. Regularly clean windows, doors, and machine screens. Replenish soap and paper products and notify when cleaning materials need restocking. Use cleaning products in compliance with COSHH guidelines and adhere to Health and Safety policies. Cover duties during the absence of other cleaners and report any Health and Safety concerns.
