CRM and Digital Systems Manager


About the role

You will join Solent Mind at an exciting time as we launch our new CRM and will play a vital role in ensuring we exploit all the opportunities this will bring to the organisation. You will ensure the effective technical leadership and day to day management of our CRM system and digital systems within Solent Mind, operating across the breadth of our delivery. You will maximise the potential this brings to respond effectively to charity, service user, staff and funder needs.

You will manage and implement changes within our new primary CRM and also other CRMs.

You will identify and address training needs and map our internal processes.

You will also monitor and maintain our data integrity and ensure data security and protection.

About you

You will be skilled in managing databases and importing/exporting data. You must have strong problem-solving abilities and excellent organisational and time management skills with ability to work under pressure.

You should also have excellent CRM and digital system knowledge as well as excellent IT & Digital skills.

You are able to motivate colleagues and drive change. Being self-reflective and adaptable is an added asset to your skillset.

You will have a passion to make a meaningful contribution to the vital work our charity does each year and will want to join us in making a big difference to many people s lives. You may have your own lived experience of mental health challenges or just feel strongly that Solent Mind is the right fit for you and your skillset.
