A well-established manufacturing business based in Salisbury is seeking a Production Manager to lead one of its key production teams. This business is known for its commitment to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement, and has a strong reputation within its specialist sector.

As Production Manager , you ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance of your team , ensuring production goals are achieved in line with customer requirements. You ll manage resource allocation, identify and implement process improvements , and foster the growth and development of team members. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities , a proactive approach to continuous improvement , and ideally, experience with CNC tube bending.

As Production Manager , you will:

• Lead daily production operations to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Allocate resources effectively, monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities to improve output and efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with planning and logistics teams to prioritise work orders and ensure turnaround times are met.
• Champion hands-on leadership , team development, and continuous improvement across all processes.

As Production Manager, you will have:

• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems .
• A hands-on, organised approach with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in CNC tube bending and driving performance improvements.
