Job Duties: * Leading a small team of line leaders on a daily basis * Monitoring and driving performance to meet set targets * Ensuring that standards are constantly met to customers requirements * Preparing and delivering the production plan * Efficient management of any non-conforming production * Ensuring that they hygiene and cleaning of the site is maintained * Ensuring that the site remains audit ready for inspection at any time * Responsible for health and safety across the site * Promoting good food culture and food safety across the site What we are looking for: * Experienced supervisor within FMCG / Food Environment * Food Safety Level 2 * COSHH Level 2 * Excellent communication skills * Self motivated and able to motivate others So, are you ready for your next job?
