New Homes Sales Negotiator We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic New Homes Sales Negotiator for one of our leading Residential Developer clients on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling new homes across their various developments, ensuring a positive experience for all customers and supporting them throughout the buying process. Key Responsibilities: * Assist customers in exploring and purchasing new homes. * Conduct property viewings and answer customer queries regarding homes and developments. * Provide expert advice on available properties and guide buyers through the sales process. * Work with the developer to focus on the sale of upgrades and extras where possible. * Develop strong relationships with customers, offering exceptional service. * Work closely with the sales team to meet targets and achieve company goals. * Stay informed about the latest market trends and developments in the property industry. Skills & Experience: * Previous experience in New Homes Sales. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. * Proactive approach to sales and customer service. * Ability to work well within a team environment.
