A dynamic and innovative Community School for pupils aged 11-16 a roll of 1500 students are seeking to appoint their next KS3 Maths Coordinator starting April long term and full time with a view of becoming permanent for the right candidate. The school has excellent facilities in all subject areas and is committed to high-quality inclusive education for students of whom over sixty percent are multi-lingual. They have also been rated Outstanding for Pupil Behaviour and Attitudes, Personal Development, and Leadership and Management during the school's last OFSTED inspection. They are now seeking a well-qualified and highly motivated KS3 Maths Coordinator. The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching Mathematics and will be able to motivate, enthuse, excite and challenge students to produce the highest quality work and achieve high academic standards. The headteacher is looking to appoint someone who: * Has a proven track record or the potential to secure excellent pupil outcomes in GCSE examinations. * Is a talented, dynamic and ambitious teacher, who can build on the success of the subject and ensure good progress for all pupils. * Can inspire and lead high-quality teaching, learning and assessment. * Has experience in representing and supporting pupils with a range of SEN, Behavioural and Academic needs This is a great school with a great support network.
