Title: E-commerce Manager Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 DOE + Bonus Location: South Lincolnshire Work Pattern: Hybrid This is a EXCITING opportunity for an ambitious and talented Ecommerce Marketer to step into a growing business in a niche, fast-paced and highly rewarding role. We're looking for an all-in-one with this role. Someone who can mix developing strategy with the Managing Director and then getting involved with the day-to-day execution too. Why This Role? What You'll Be Doing ✔️ Developing and executing digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, email, and social media ✔️ Leading website improvements and full-scale renewals to enhance UX and conversion rates ✔️ Managing external marketing agencies to maximise ROI ✔️ Taking ownership of social media and email marketing campaigns ✔️ Working closely with leadership to shape the company's digital vision What We're Looking For ✅ A proven track record in e-commerce and digital marketing ✅ Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media (especially Facebook & Instagram) ✅ Experience in web development management and UX improvements ✅ Hands-on design skills (Adobe or similar creative software) ✅ Advanced user of email marketing tools like Mailchimp This is a real opportunity to make an impact.
