Brandon Thatchers Film Services Ltd are a small but growing business in the Rugby area, providing scenery and props to the film, TV, and events industry. They are now looking for a Customer Service Advisor to help, advise, and coordinate orders from their clients. Requirements * A helpful and confident telephone manner * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel) * An artistic eye – you’ll often be advising on shape, colour, and texture * A fast learner with the ability to multi-task * A friendly and communicative team player * Someone who takes responsibility and sees tasks through to deadlines * Sage (accounting software) experience is a plus, but not essential * Own transport is required, as we are not on public transport routes Key Responsibilities * Answer calls and emails generated by our website and client base * Assist and advise customers on stock levels, product suitability, and shipping * Pass orders to our installation or warehouse team * Coordinate our Location Team, including booking accommodation and transport * Work closely with other teams within the business to achieve targets * Complete various administrative tasks in a busy office environment Benefits * Salary starting at £23,920 PA + Bonus * Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM working hours * Christmas bonus * Time off during the Christmas period (deducted from annual leave) * Statutory pension * Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) How to Apply If you’re ready to join a creative and growing team, send your CV and a covering letter
