Trusted Supply are currently looking for - Researcher - Telesales & Business Development (BD) Location: London central and Wimbledon Salary: Competitive Base Salary + Attractive Commission Structure Position Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Researcher to join our dynamic telesales and business development team. The ideal candidate will have a background in call centres, sales, and experience in debt management or collection. You will be focused on high-volume calls, ghost calling, and fact-finding across the commercial property sector, specifically for D&B fit-out contractors. If you are someone who enjoys building relationships over the phone, has an unyielding ability to get results, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you! Key Responsibilities: * Conduct research telesales and business development activities, with a focus on high call volumes. * Use ghost calling techniques to gather critical business information. * Identify companies looking to move office locations and gather detailed information on their relocation plans. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the commercial property sector. * Conduct thorough fact-finding to understand the needs of businesses and create actionable insights. * Act as the main point of contact for companies involved in relocation and property fit-outs. * Work towards meeting and exceeding set targets and KPIs in both research and sales. Skills & Experience Required: * Previous experience working in call centres, particularly in reserch role , sales, debt management, or debt collection. * A strong ability to persuade and "not take no for an answer." * Excellent phone-based communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships. * Prior experience in high call volume environments, such as telesales or business development. * A passion for research, fact-finding, and gathering critical business intelligence. * Experience in commercial property, especially related to office relocations, is a plus but not essential. * Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive under pressure.
