The Role As a Project Engineer/Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects from sales handover to commissioning, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality standards, and cost-effectiveness. You will collaborate with internal and external teams, including engineers, suppliers, and end-users to meet project specifications and deadlines. Key Responsibilities: * Plan, coordinate, and manage projects to meet specifications and deadlines. * Support the development and design of new products and processes. * Track project progress using MS Project and ERP systems (EFACS) and provide regular updates to management. * Assist in troubleshooting and breakdown responses for existing systems. * Contribute to the design of new products and assist in product development. * Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure project success. * Provide technical support, including occasional out-of-hours assistance. The Person To be successful in this role, you will need: * HNC/HND-level qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. * Min 3 Years Experience working in a Project Management role within an engineering and manufacturing environment * Strong understanding of project management processes. * Proficiency in ERP MRP systems, ideally EFACS, and Microsoft Office tools. * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. * Hands-on experience working in an engineering factory or design department (desirable). * Willingness to travel overseas (short-term assignments) and provide occasional remote technical support.
