Senior Contracts Manager - Regional Contractor Location: London Salary: Up to £90,000 + Package Are you an experienced Senior Contracts Manager looking for your next challenge? I’m recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run construction company that specialises in high-end refurbishment and fit-out projects. With a diverse portfolio spanning hospitality, healthcare, commercial, leisure, and premium residential sectors, this company delivers high-quality projects valued up to £10m across London. Role Overview: As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing 3-4 projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role is perfect for a standalone Contracts Manager who thrives in an autonomous environment, possesses strong commercial awareness, and excels in time management. Key Responsibilities: • Overseeing multiple refurbishments and fit-out projects, ensuring smooth execution. • Managing budgets, cost control, and ensuring commercial viability. • Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive project success. • Implementing and maintaining high health & safety standards. • Ensuring all projects meet the required quality and compliance standards. What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry. • Strong background in refurbishment and fit-out projects (high-end commercial/hospitality experience is a plus). • Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively across multiple projects. • Commercially savvy with strong financial acumen. • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
